This Privacy Policy describes how Balos Commerce LLC, doing business as MAGA Collections (“MAGA Collections,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit or make a purchase through www.magacollectionsus.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility — 18 and Older

The Site and our products are intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information you provide to us

When you place an order, contact support, or sign up for marketing, you may provide your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, order details, and any information you include in your communications with us.

b. Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Payments.ai. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Your payment information is handled by the processor in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy and applicable card-network security standards.

c. Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and other interactions with the Site. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for these purposes (see Section 6).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send order and shipping confirmations, including tracking links;
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries by email;
Process payments and prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Send marketing and promotional emails about our products and offers, where permitted (you may opt out at any time — see Section 8);
Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and our products and services;
Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information with:

Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as our payment processor (Payments.ai), shipping and fulfillment partners, email/marketing platform, hosting providers, and analytics providers;
Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels for measurement and advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain of these disclosures may be considered “sharing” or use for “targeted advertising” under applicable law (see Section 9);
Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MAGA Collections, our customers, or others;
Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. Specifically, we use:

Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our advertising. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

You can also set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, though some features of the Site may not function properly as a result. Because there is no industry-standard response, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.

8. Marketing Communications & Your Choices

If you opt in or make a purchase, we may send you marketing emails. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@magacollectionsus.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages about your orders, such as order and shipping confirmations.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email us at support@magacollectionsus.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
Right to delete personal information we have collected from you;
Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising;

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, and address); commercial information (such as purchase history); internet or network activity (such as browsing and interaction data); and inferences drawn from the above. We use the Meta Pixel and similar advertising tools, which may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

To opt out of such sharing, or to exercise any other right, email support@magacollectionsus.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Other U.S. State Residents

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. U.S.-Only Operations

The Site is intended for users located in the United States, and we ship only within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
